RYAN BALAS

Ryan Andrew Balas is a NYC based filmmaker and actor. He, along with Deirdre Herlihy and Christi Chiello, created the mockumentary-style webseries The Really Cool Show The Really Cool Show webisode 7 How E-popular is TOO E-popular was selected to screen at The Sunnyside Film Festival, and the show currently has over 4 million views and climbing. In the spring of 2008, Ryan wrapped post production on his improvised feature film Sandcastles and is currently submitting the project to film festivals. He began to develop the idea for Carter in 2006, while writing a stage play based on the same concept titled A Life in Rewind. In the fall of 2008, he shot Carter in three days. The film is in post-production. Ryan is now shooting season three of The Really Cool Show and as well as developing a new web series. His work can be found at www.ryanbalas.com.
JENNY J. LYNN MENZEL

J. Lynn Menzel, a true artist, expresses the unique combination of free-hand and graphic illustrations. As a midwest native, J. Lynn first displayed her talent in fine arts at an elementary age. With practice, she became an established graphite portrait and realistic artist by age 17. Graduating from Platt College in San Diego with an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, J. Lynn's circulated artwork publications came in 2006 with a CD cover for West Coast rappers Mitchy Slick and Messy Marv's collaborated album, "Messy Slick," and in 2008 with Cricets No Mercy Vol. 2 album. Currently, J. Lynn is involved in multiple graphic design projects with One Way or Another Productions, including Cookies and Cream, Uptown, Carter, Ink, Miranda, and One Hour 2 Live. www.artthentic.com
ROMAIN BATTAGLIA
Sound Designer/ Sound Mixer
Romain Battaglia is both a Sound Engineer/ Sound Designer and a Composer. After graduating from NYU in Sound Design and from the Institute of Audio Research in Sound Engineering with Honors, he pursued on a musical education at the New School in New York. His work on various plays, musicals, animations and films received good reviews. Romain started then to produce music of its own and is now scoring music for films and producing music for various singers and projects. He has also been engineering sessions in recording studios all across Manhattan and Brooklyn. His most recent projects include the recording of the Emanuel And The Fear EP as well as completing the writing of some songs with Adrienne Arno, a young up and coming female singer. MONICA C. TROMBLEY
Attorney / Production Manager
Monica is the Production Manager for One Way or Another Productions as well as an aspiring entertainment attorney. A native of NC, she graduated from Oglethorpe University in 2003 with a
B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She attended Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, CT and received her J.D. in 2006. She is now a licensed attorney in the states of NY and CT but views working for One Way or Another as a great window into the entertainment field as well as an opportunity to lend her skills and talents to a dynamic and unique company. www.1wayoranother.net
